The second shows pictures from the Tea Fair held annually at Doi Mae Salong. The third video shows the Chinese way of tea preparation (Chinese Tea Ceremony, or Gong Fu Cha), as it is practiced by the Chinese community at Doi Mae Salong, and our fourth little film shows the production of our Oolong No.12 from the plucking via the various processing steps in the tea factory to the final tea.
